1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdvegas website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated gaming and betting services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of bdvegas, regardless of the device or method by which you access the Platform.

bdvegas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of bdvegas following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the bdvegas Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and bdvegas. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence for the matter in question only.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any discrepancy between translations and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

1.2 Contact Information

All formal communications with bdvegas, including disputes, account queries, and complaints, must be directed to support@bdvegas. Our support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays observed in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use bdvegas, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must be using the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion arrangement, whether initiated by you on bdvegas or through any third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by bdvegas for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with bdvegas. Maintaining duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of balances, and the cancellation of pending withdrawals. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, contact support@bdvegas immediately.

2.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Providing false registration details is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access betting markets, casino games, and the cashier on bdvegas, you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free and open to eligible players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

3.1 KYC Identity Verification

bdvegas operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above a defined threshold. To complete KYC, you will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladesh Passport
• Bangladesh Driving Licence (where applicable)
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within 90 days)

bdvegas reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during your use of the Platform — not only at withdrawal. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is complete. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents for KYC purposes is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdvegas username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdvegas will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support@bdvegas immediately.

bdvegas strongly recommends enabling two-step verification (2SV) via your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. With 2SV active, a one-time code is required at each new device login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.

3.3 Account Currency

All bdvegas accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering thresholds are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. bdvegas does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

bdvegas supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve players across Bangladesh. The following payment channels are currently available on the Platform:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bangladeshi banks: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where applicable)

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on bdvegas is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the Platform, though your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may impose their own per-transaction or daily limits. Deposits are credited to your bdvegas balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by your payment provider — typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad transfers.

bdvegas does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. The amount you deposit is the full amount credited to your gaming balance. You must only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal platform operating hours, 365 days a year. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your bdvegas account, consistent with KYC verification requirements.

bdvegas does not charge any fee on withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the full amount transferred to your bKash, Nagad, or bank account. Withdrawals may be delayed or held if your account is undergoing KYC review, if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met, or if a security review is in progress. In such cases, bdvegas will notify you via the email address registered to your account and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

All transactions on bdvegas are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. Deposits must be funded from legitimate sources — that is, money that you have legally earned or obtained. bdvegas may request documentation to evidence the source of funds for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any criminal financial activity will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

bdvegas offers a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new players, along with ongoing reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events in the Bangladesh calendar including BPL, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your bdvegas account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. You must complete the stated wagering requirement within the bonus validity period. Failure to meet the wagering requirement before the expiry date will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• bdvegas reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero rate) toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet restrictions may apply while playing with bonus funds. Exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Promotional Integrity

bdvegas reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a promotion has been exploited through collusion, the use of automated tools or bots, arbitrage betting strategies, or any form of coordinated abuse involving multiple accounts. Any player found to have participated in such activity will have their account reviewed and may be permanently excluded from future promotions.

6 Game Rules & Player Conduct

bdvegas offers a wide range of products including cricket betting, live casino (powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi), slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe), dedicated baccarat rooms, and crash games. Each product category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting interface on the Platform.

6.1 Fair Play

All RNG-based games on bdvegas use certified Random Number Generator technology. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the Platform or any third party. 6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdvegas and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a technical malfunction are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with casino staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or acting as an agent for another individual or entity.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any IP masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdvegas staff or other players.

6.3 Betting Voids & Cancellations

bdvegas reserves the right to void, cancel, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a pricing error, bets placed after an event has started where live data was not available, or bets that appear to exploit a systematic pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations

bdvegas is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all players across Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or social harm, bdvegas has tools in place to help you regain control — and an obligation to use them on your behalf if we identify signs of problem gambling in your account activity.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Time-Out Breaks: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During a time-out, login is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. To initiate self-exclusion, contact support@bdvegas.
• Reality Checks: Enable session reminders that display your active session duration and net result at regular intervals, helping you stay in control during extended play sessions.

bdvegas strictly enforces its 18+ age policy. Any account found to be registered to or used by a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations. bdvegas does not direct any marketing, promotional, or advertising material at individuals under the age of 18.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bdvegas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Violation of the prohibited conduct rules set out in Section 6.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated through your payment provider without first contacting bdvegas support.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months or more.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your bdvegas account at any time by contacting support@bdvegas. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bdvegas will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before treating an account as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive real-money balance will have an administrative fee applied on a monthly basis after the dormancy threshold is reached. The applicable fee amount will be communicated to you in the dormancy notification. bdvegas will never reduce a dormant account balance below zero.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdvegas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of gaming services due to technical maintenance, cyber incidents, or events beyond bdvegas's reasonable control. bdvegas's total liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the bdvegas Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdvegas with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
